For Alexandra, a registered dietitian shifting from sports nutrition to holistic healing, we crafted a logo and brand photography that reflect her mission of helping women care for their bodies and heal their relationship with food. Rooted in an earthy, approachable aesthetic, the visuals move away from the polished structure of traditional branding and instead highlight her warmth, authenticity, and grounding energy. The result is a brand presence that feels both professional and deeply human, supporting her transition into a more holistic, compassionate practice.

For her branding photos, Alexandra wanted to move away from the typical “at a desk” look. Because her practice centers on support and connection, the imagery needed to feel warm, approachable, and human. A picnic scene became the perfect expression of her essence - casual yet thoughtful, down-to-earth yet intentional, and above all, welcoming to everyone she works with.

ECHINACEA

Widely known as a plant of healing, the use of this hardy bloom symbolizes growth, renewal, and our ability to heal. Used throughout history as a protective plant, both physically (to treat wounds) and metaphysically (to ward off negative energy), it symbolizes hope, rebirth, and strength.

ROOTS & POTENTIAL

A simplified version of a plant’s roots are at the bottom of the logo mark - symbolizing the parts of ourselves that provide balance and grounding, as well as a more literal interpreatation of roots pulling nourishment from the earth. Although small, this piece is powerful in representing the importance of inner strength and grounding during times of change and growth. Mirrored at the top of the design, this refelcts unlimited potential and momentum towards a new beginning.

TABLE

From its literal interpretation of a place to share food to a metaphor for community & gathering, the table becomes a symbol of open arms, welcoming all to share in nourishment — both physical and emotional.
